Can I wear white shoes with a black dress (if the shoes and accessories are right)?

Black v-neck above the knee cocktail dress + Guess Cork wedge with white leather upper+ Turquoise Necklace = A style winner?





I've tried it on, and I think it could be pulled off, but I want opinions!
