I have the dress - accessories & makeup help?

My Spring Fling dress is copper, a little above knee length, and the sides look kind of like this: http://ec1.images-amazon.com/images/I/51...

As for me, I'm Asian, black hair, tan-ish skin, brown eyes.





What accessories and makeup should I do?





I know gold goes well with copper, but my dress is already pretty striking so if I have gold accessories/shoes etc. then I'm afraid it'll be a bit too much. I was thinking silver, maybe (I already have silver shoes), would that work? What about makeup?

Hi! Wow, it sounds like you are going to be beautiul. Copper is a great color for your skin tone. Both colors of shoes would work because mixing metals are in right now. For eyes, on the lid use a dot of copper shimmer right above the iris and moss green shimmer on each side, then blend. In the crease and a bit above use moss green and under eyebrow use a vanilla shimmer. Over the whole area at the end, blush with a bronzer after you use it on your cheeks. Use a metal shimmer lipstick. Estee lauder has great metal colors. Use a eye lash curler, then a lash primer, them at least 2 coats of mascara. If you use fake lashes, cut them down just a bit so that they only go from the middle out. The best glue is medical adhesive glue. I use this look on some of my models and they look amazing! Don't wear a necklace but do wear some dangleing earrings that are mixed metals. Then wear one big amber colored stone ring. Have fun at you Spring Fling sweetie!
Reply:Gorgeous dress. I would recommend sterling silver jewelry with rhinestones to match with the rhinestone accent on the dress. Considering it's a spring, I would go light on the make-up. Preferably use nuetral earth tones to compliment your skin color and the color of the dress.
Reply:silver would definately be much better, your right gold would be a bit too much. as for jewerly silver jewerly would fit the outfit like silver bangles and a necklace. shoes silver shoes would go perfectly. ... by the way pretty dress.

I think that you need very fun accesories since your dress is so traditional. Silver shoes would be kind of tragic with that dress.

Reply:definitely don't wear silver with copper. it'll look tacky. i would go with black shoes and maybe some brown beaded jewelry. as far your makeup i would also say go with brown shades.
