I've got some good shoe suggestions as I am a shoe freak! First off, I think you should pair it with a wedged heel for a more casual, free flowing look. Secondly, I think the shoe should be in a brown hue. Here's a few I found that I think would look cute with the dress:

For accessories, I would pair any bronze/gold metal with teal/turquoise accents or stones. Forever 21 has tons of accessories in all colors so I would advise you to look there.
