What color dress, shoes and accessories should i wear?

i have medium brown hair wit a few lighter highlights, natural beautiful blue eyes that i love and want to show off, and tan skin as i am half portuguese

Reply:you can go with a candy red, whites, tans, chocolates, pale greens, baby blues, aqua, depending where you are going, when accessorising make sure to start out easy. A bracelet, with some earrings. Fossil watch with a ring opposite finger etc. Until you get comfortable to mix and match. Dont forget sunglasses so you can keep those pretty blues for a long time!
